Embark on an immersive, multi-genre experience of song, storytelling, dance, and 3D digital projections with AVALONA, A Musical Legend . As "The Seeker," you follow AVALONA, a woman tormented by her inner demons, her will to live, and her quest for self-discovery.
Guided by The Shaman and overseen by The Weaver of Time, AVALONA must answer three profound questions: Will she choose to LIVE, to LOVE herself, and to SEE beyond the veil of illusion that has blocked her from her true essence?
Her choice sets the clock in motion, the chime strikes one and The Weaver of Time with her mystical golden threads weaves the first sector from XII - I into the sky, unraveling a world of magic, courage, and transformation.
Each sector of the clock confronts AVALONA with hidden aspects of herself she must confront to move forward - The Child, a furious reflection of her past, and The Shadow, who embodies her deepest darkness.
Through divine guidance and lessons, AVALONA learns to embrace the balance between light and dark, unlocking the love and truth within. As you travel with AVALONA, You, too, are invited to join this journey and make the sacred choice to LIVE, LOVE, and SEE.

1. You are currently starring in the immersive Off-Broadway musical AVALONA, A Musical Legend which after an initial concert presentation, has been extended for six weeks. What originally attracted you to this show? My initial attraction to the show was the gorgeous music. It took my breath away.
2. What do you relate to most about your character, "The Shaman?" The Shaman's maternal, unconditional love.
3. What is one characteristic of hers that you are glad you, yourself, do not possess? None. Truly.
4. What do you like about performing in an immersive musical as opposed to a more traditional one, like Aida or

5. According to press notes, "AVALONA breathes life into archetypes that guide us through the shadows of the unknown into the light of truth and freedom." What are some unknown places you've had to go to to find light & freedom? We don't have enough time for that, Adam.
6. The show is also about "A woman confronting her inner demons and embarking on a journey of healing and self-discovery." What is one inner demon you have conquered? The dysfunctional practice of feeling I'm not good enough.
7. How do you feel that win has changed the course of your life? I find genuine joy in simplicity; the little things. I engage in projects that I organically connect with and ONLY in environments where I'm celebrated and not tolerated. To be clear, being celebrated doesn't mean having a "yes" environment. Being celebrated means being regarded respectfully always. I love and welcome tough love.

8. The creator of AVALONA, Dina Fanai has been quoted as saying, "The extension of our run is a testament to the profound connection audiences have made with this story of courage, transformation, and self-discovery." What have you discovered about yourself about as an actress from being in this show that you didn't know beforehand? That I didn't know beforehand? Hmmmm. There's nothing on the surface that I can respond to, however, having the honor to be a part of this glorious show did reinforce that I will only engage in projects that have genuine meaning for me.
9. In AVALONA, your character, "Is a wise sage and gives Avalona the tools and lessons needed to face her fears, stand in her truth, and align with her higher self as she navigates through the darkness to the light." What tools have you given your son to face his fears, stand in his truth, and align with his higher self? We've always held our Son accountable for ALL his actions, good and bad. That's the key to developing self-respect.
We've taught him to be extremely careful with his inner dialogue, to choose and use his words carefully, being kind to himself at all times, and to arm himself with KNOWING his craft as easily as he knows his name. It probably helped him knowing, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Mama Bear is ALWAYS close.
10. What is something we didn't get to talk about in this interview that you'd like my audience to know about you? Let's save that for the next episode...
