Even though I was fortunate enough to interview the legendary Chita Rivera twice during her life, this is the ONLY picture I have with the iconic star! 

The photo above is from 2003, 8 years before my first interview with Chita, and it's the one I reference in the video at the top of this page.

After seeing Chita Rivera in the 2003 Broadway revival of Nine, I waited at the stage door for her.

When Chita exited the stage door, the crowd went wild for her. She was so gracious to every single person who wanted to meet her.

She spent a few moments talking with me, and then I was able to get this amazing picture with her!

I think our smiles in this picture says it all 😀
