How did I actually meet Opera Singer, Television, and Broadway Actress Mary Beth Peil before our first interview?

The picture above is from when I met Actress Mary Beth Peil for the very first time, at the stage door of the Eugene O'Neill Theatre in NYC, after getting to see her in the 2003 Broadway Revival of Nine.

Mary Beth was SO NICE and SO KIND to take a few moments to speak with me. I got to tell her what a big Dawson's Creek fan I was, and she immediately said, "We love our Dawson's Creek fans." 

That affirmation meant to so much to me. As if that wasn't enough, Mary Beth was then kind enough to take a picture with me.

I think you can tell from the above photo just how happy & excited we both were.

Little did I know in 2003, just how many more times I'd get to see Mary Beth on the theatrical stage, and get to interview her!
